Wait a Cotton Pickin' Minute

Below is a review of Ertl's 2 newest cotton harvesting releases, the John Deere 7760 and the Case IH 625. As you can see the models share some parts including the front dual drive wheels and the individual row units. The only metal parts on both cotton pickers are the black chassis underneath and the base of the header. Read below for a review of each picker.

New Model Release - Case IH 625 6 Row Cotton Picker

This is the other half of the new cotton picker releases. The Case 625 is also a 6 row picker like the Deere and features many of the same details. The biggest difference is that the Case has a bi fold ramp that allows the cotton bails to roll down into the field. This model also comes with 2 large cotton bales. The back of the model that collects the cotton lifts up in a dumping motion to help facilitate the unloading of cotton bales. Overall its a nice model but like the Deere there are allot of plastic parts. I think we should just get used to the plastic in 1/64 and hope for incredible detail.
